
A year round conditioning program broken in monthly segments. These segments are designed to help participants set goals and be accountable during the month.
Programs are designed around the principle of periodization (programs that are spit into categories of time and intensity).
Monthly programs begin and end with 20-40 min of fitness testing (muscular, flexibility, cardiovascular) to test participants abilities and levels of fitness. Individuals can also use information to compare against future goals.
Triple T Group fit offers both morning and evening programs. Nutrition is integral part of tightening and toning and accounts for 80% of fitness success. Nutrition consultations are available at $25/hr
